How Kafunda charges

Two tracks, one optional add-on

ISP and Hospitality are how you pay for the platform itself, and every organisation is on exactly one of them. The agent is not a third option to choose instead: it is optional, and it sits on top of whichever track you are already on.

Questions

Common pricing questions

Ask us

No. You register, add a router, and start selling. There is no minimum term and no sales conversation required to see a price.

If you sell access to your customers, you're ISP. If you give Wi-Fi to guests as part of a stay or a visit, and don't charge for it, you're Hospitality. The fee is 8% of what you collect, across every site and every subscriber, or the flat Hospitality rate; adding a site never adds a separate licence cost.

Only the assistant stops. Your sites keep authenticating, your vouchers keep selling, and your money keeps arriving. You are never suspended over an agent-tier payment.
